 Wheat King Ale
Three different world varieties of malted wheat lend to this American-style Wheat Ale
its crisply tart and softly fruity character. The sweetly tart zestfulness in the mouth is underscored by a clean, almost minty hop bitterness.
ABV: 4.2%
 Rising Sun Pale Ale
This quenching brew is crafted in the American west-coast style. It sports a beautiful soft citrus hop aroma which gives way to a round, honeyed-fruit flavor. The finish is crisp and refreshing.
ABV: 5.0%
Red Rose Amber Ale This original amber ale is inspired by the
"Steam" style of beer. Whereas a "Steam" is a lager beer fermented at an elevated ale-type temperature, Red Rose is an ale fermented at a lower lager-type temperature
. Like a "Steam," Red Rose combines a crisp lager refreshingness with a robust ale fruitiness.
ABV: 5.4%
 Teikoku IPA
This brew bursts with hop character while still achieving a sublime balance due to a
firm, robust malt backbone. It is a cross between an English-style and American-style India Pale Ale that is full-bodied and refreshing all at once.
ABV: 5.8%
 Angry Boy Brown Ale
Angry Boy is a brown ale that doesn't quite
fit in; it is bigger, bolder, hoppier and more complex than most. It has, if you will, an angry edge. It is somewhat sweet and very full-bodied in the mouth but piquantly bitter
and warming in the finish. If you are feeling angst, this is your brew.
ABV: 6.2%
 Kurofune Porter
This classic dark English ale is flinty, oily
and wonderfully smooth. It is teasingly acrid with notes of bitter chocolate and coffee. The inclination is to resist; the result is acquiescence and embrace.
ABV: 6.0%
 Shimaguni Stout
This is the Baird version of the quintessential Irish beer style called Dry Stout. The pitch-black color and rich, roasty dryness belie the relatively low gravity and
alcohol content of this stout. Japan and Ireland, both "island countries," now have one more thing in common -- great locally brewed dry stout!
ABV: 4.6%
