The brewers of Baird Beer annually craft a plethora of seasonal beers. The effort we make in the formulation and crafting of this huge variety of beer highlights our conviction that beer is
simply the most diverse and exciting beverage on earth. We want to bring this point home to you, the beer enthusiast, through our seasonal beer series.
Seasonal Baird Beers Produced in One of Five Seasonal Beer Series

Baird Lager Beer Series: As our entire lineup of year-round beer consists exclusively of top
-fermenting ales, this series allows us to focus a spotlight on the wonderful world of bottom-fermenting lager beers. Here we craft such styles as Bock, Pilsner, Marzen, etc.
Baird Strong Ale Beer Series: All brewing craftsmen relish the opportunity to produce high-gravity,
high-alcohol brews that push the beer envelope; we are no exception. In this series you will find us crafting such styles as Imperial Stout, Wheat and Barley Wine, Strong Scotch Ale and more.
Baird Brewmaster's Select Beer Series:
Brewing beer with unusual ingredients such as fruits and spices is a traditional hallmark of Belgian brewing. We take a page from our
Belgian beer brethren in this series by brewing with all kinds of unusual ingredients such as Japanese mikans and kabocha, coffee, and spices. Moreover, it is in this series that we will brew incorporating
unusual twists into otherwise traditional beer styles.
Baird Classic Beer Series: It is our belief that successful creative
interpretation in art generally is premised upon a firm comprehension of the classics. In this series, we will dutifully recreate classic ale styles and provide the beer
enthusiast with a pint glass picture into the past.
Baird Wood-Aged Beer Series: Once upon a time all beer was finished and
served from wood casks. No longer. Recently, pioneering craft brewers in the U.S. have reintroduced the method but with a twist: the wood casks they use formerly held
other spirits such as bourbon whisky and wine. We think that is a great idea! Here you will see us offer a variety of Baird Beer
conditioned for periods in wood casks of different kinds.
