DELIVERY ONLY IN JAPAN.
We do not accept orders for delivery outside Japan.
- PAYMENT. Our online estore does not accept credit cards. Payment may be made in one of two ways:
- Bank transfer prior to product shipment
- Postal transfer prior to product shipment
- DELIVERY. For payment by bank or postal transfer, we ship in one to three business days following payment receipt. If, due to
inventory shortages, we anticipate the order will not ship for at least five business days, we will contact you with regard to our shipment-date expectations.
- SHIPPING FEES. Shipping costs differ based on destination prefecture, with delivery of single cases to most prefectures
costing between 1,110 yen to 1,310 yen (this includes delivery in refrigerated vehicle to ensure quality). The single-case cost to Hokkaido is 1,510 yen and to Okinawa 1,810 yen. When ordering
multiple cases, the per-case shipping cost drops appreciably. Shipping fees are automatically calculated and added to your order. For orders of non-beer products (i.e., our posters, pint
glasses, etc.), shipping fees are much less.
- REFRIGERATED SHIPPING. To ensure the highest quality possible, all Baird Beer products are shipped in refrigerated
delivery vehicles. The single-case cost of this is 310 yen and this cost is included in your shipping fee.
- TWO SEPARATE ESTORES. Click here to order bottled beer. Click here to order Baird accessories (non-beer products).
These two eStores are independent. If you want to order products from both eStores, you must place two orders, one order in each separate eStore.
- MINIMUM ORDER. All Baird Beer ships in units of one case. One case equals 12 bottles. Each bottle contains 360ml. The minimum
order is one case. We do not sell single bottles. For those who want to taste all six of our regular year-round beers, we offer a Sampler Case, with two bottles each of our six regular brews.
- e-STORE GUARANTEE
Baird Brewing Company is fanatical about beer quality throughout the entire process of brewing, packaging, conditioning, and shipping. We only ship beer that is in peak condition. We ship
direct to you from the brewery via cold delivery service. No other middleman stands between you and the Baird Beer Brewery.
If, for any reason, your Baird Beer arrives in some way damaged
or in substandard condition, please email us immediately with details and we will do our utmost to rectify the situation.

 HANDLING & DRINKING
OF BOTTLE-CONDITIONED BAIRD BEER
Our bottled beer is unfiltered and undergoes a secondary fermentation in the bottle, producing a lovely and completely natural carbonation. Yeast sediment is at the bottom of the bottle. We
recommend you pour the beer into a glass gently so as to leave the yeast sediment in the bottle. Bottle-conditioned Baird Beer requires refrigeration but for maximum enjoyment should be drunk at cool (8-12
C), not cold temperatures. Although the beer can be cold-aged for long periods, we recommend enjoying sooner rather than later. Cheers!
