Spinach, Bacon & Tomato Stamina Salad. This healthful creation is topped
with our original zesty vinaigrette dressing. 600
* Country Style Potato Salad.
Large chunks of potatoes seasoned with Pommery French mustard and complimented beautifully by sharp red onions, fresh carrots and cucumbers. A real potato lovers delight. 600
* Parmesan Chicken Salad. Tender
chunks of chicken breast are smothered in freshly grated parmesan cheese and other secret seasonings. 600
* Chef's Salad.
Changes daily. The particular arrangement of this green lettuce and vegetable salad changes with the daily whims of the chef. 600
Korean-style Warm Beef Salad. Thinly sliced strips of marinated prime beef
are sauteed to perfection and placed on a bed of green lettuce. The flavor is spicy yet rich. 600
Caesar Salad. Generous bowl of lettuce is topped with carrots, bell peppers,
tomatoes, black olives, bacon, freshly grated parmesan cheese, homemade croutons and ranch dressing. 800
Original Beer-Inspired Specialties

Spicy Potatoes. Country-cut potato wedges boiled (not fried) and
seasoned flavorfully with four different spices. Once you start you can't stop. 550
Lemon & Herb Potatoes. Just like our spicy potatoes except these spuds are seasoned and sauteed
with lemons and oregano. Great with a hoppy pale ale or IPA. 550
Beer Wings. These Buffalo wings are marinated overnight in a beer-based
sauce, coated and fried with a spice and flour mix, and then dipped one last time in our savory sauce. The perfect companion to any beer. 600
Fresh Herb Pasta. Olives & sun-dried tomatoes are added to an herb and
cheese pesto to produce a wonderfully different pasta experience. 600
Taproom Chili. 100% ground beef is simmered overnight in a concoction that
includes steam beer, a hint of porter, mountains of fresh vegetables and sundry seasonings. It is topped off with freshly grated sharp red cheddar cheese. Cup 450, Bowl 650
Aji Fish Fry. Aji (horse mackerel) is the fish of Numazu. This deep-fried
delicacy is served with two original and tasty Taproom sauces. 700
* Spicy Mexican Sausage. Have a beer (preferably a Teikoku IPA) ready for
these fire sticks! Served with sauerkraut and Pommery mustard. 700
* Fishmarket Tako Marinate.
Boiled octopus is marinated in a zesty beer and vinegar base dressing that is choked full of various herbs, spices and fresh vegetables (cucumber, red bell pepper, pimento olives, red onion, etc.). 750
Sayuri's Original Nikumaki. Thin strips of prime beef are marinated
overnight in our own beer-base teriyaki sauce, wrapped around fresh and colorful vegetable sticks and sauteed to perfection. 750
Chili Potatoes. Country-cut potato wedges are smothered in Taproom Chili
and topped with grated cheddar cheese. This is a real stomach-filler. 750
Taproom Soft Tacos. Chili, Spicy Beef or Sesame Chicken.
